Multifunctional lidding films are most commonly used to seal plastic containers, cardboard pints or food trays, such as dairy products, fresh meat and prepared foods.

 

Furthermore, there is modified atmosphere packaging for freshness preservation. By adjusting the gas composition inside the packaging, such as controlling the proportions of nitrogen, carbon dioxide and oxygen, the growth of microorganisms and the respiration of products can be inhibited. Then the packaging is sealed by a sealing machine to maintain the stability of the gas, effectively extending the shelf life of the products. It is widely used for fresh foods and other products.

 

We can provide different heat-sealing performances and sealing with different materials such as PE, PP , PS or PVC. According to consumer needs, functional lidding films with features like easy peeling and anti-fogging can also be provided.
